About the Role

Are you looking for a hands-on, independent role with room to grow? We’re hiring a Commercial Kitchen Oil Technician to join our Cleveland team. In this mobile position, you’ll service commercial kitchens along a designated route, providing fryer management and oil filtration services using specialized equipment and a company vehicle.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys early mornings, and values customer relationships.

Requirements

• Local Resident – Must live in the Greater Cleveland Area.
• Customer-Focused – Strong communication and service skills.
• Reliable & Independent – Able to manage a route and work with minimal supervision.
• Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools.
• Early Riser – Shifts typically run from 3:00 AM to 1:00 PM, four days a week.
• Physically Capable – Able to lift, push, and pull up to 45 pounds.
• Problem Solver – Calm under pressure and quick to resolve issues.
• Team Player – Works well with diverse clients and coworkers.
• Valid Driver’s License – Clean driving record required.
• Smartphone Required – Must be able to download and use company apps.
• High School Diploma or GED – Minimum education requirement.
• Drug Screen & Background Check – Must be able to pass both.
