Assist in the development and implementation of Sales Strategy to achieve store sales goals.
Oversee daily store Operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
Provide ** Leadership** and Coaching to store associates, fostering a high-performing team.
Manage Customer Service interactions, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Utilize Management skills to schedule staff, manage inventory, and control costs.
Participate in ** Sales** activities, including ** Sales Prospecting** and utilizing effective Selling Techniques.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform ** Planning** and Forecasting.
Oversee Merchandising efforts, ensuring attractive product displays and optimal product placement.
Effectively use ** Communication** and Interpersonal Communications skills to build relationships with customers and staff.
Make sound Decision Making in a timely manner to address operational needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Demonstrated Leadership experience in a retail environment.
Proven ability to provide excellent Customer Service.
Working knowledge of Sales Management principles.
General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Possess a valid Driver's License.
Strong ** Communication** and Interpersonal Communications skills.
Ability to effectively manage and Problem Solving in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a retail management role.
