Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of Sales Strategy to achieve store sales goals.

  • Oversee daily store Operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.

  • Provide ** Leadership** and Coaching to store associates, fostering a high-performing team.

  • Manage Customer Service interactions, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Utilize Management skills to schedule staff, manage inventory, and control costs.

  • Participate in ** Sales** activities, including ** Sales Prospecting** and utilizing effective Selling Techniques.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform ** Planning** and Forecasting.

  • Oversee Merchandising efforts, ensuring attractive product displays and optimal product placement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Demonstrated Leadership experience in a retail environment.

  • Proven ability to provide excellent Customer Service.

  • Working knowledge of Sales Management principles.

  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Possess a valid Driver's License.

  • Strong ** Communication** and Interpersonal Communications skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role.
