Princeton Property Management is looking for a part-time Maintenance Tech I to join our team!

 What is needed from you:

Computer proficient, able to learn company software programs 
Maintain clean exterior of grounds, including adjacent streets, which affects curb appeal daily.
Maintain common, garbage dumpster and trash receptacle areas.
Assist Maintenance Tech II with completing apartment turns.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working area.
Assist Maintenance Tech II in all areas as needed.

Adhere to State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and Princeton Property Management policies
Always deliver exceptional customer service and always maintain professionalism
