What We're Looking For

We're looking for a driven and curious individual to join our Central Support team as a Business Operations Analyst. In this role, you’ll help shape how we work with partners, improve internal processes, and support our fast-growing Strategic Partnerships team. You’ll gain hands-on experience in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and change management.

Responsibilities:

Own Projects That Matter

  • Track and manage partners change requests, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication across teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet timelines and deliverables, keeping things moving and aligned with goals.
  • Communicate directly with partners to set expectations, resolve blockers, and keep everyone informed.

Build Better Processes

  • Identify inefficiencies and help design smarter workflows that scale as we grow.
  • Work with teams across the company to gather feedback, understand pain points, and co-create solutions.
  • Launch initiatives that improve speed, quality, and the overall experience for our clients and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Is organized, proactive, and excited to learn.
  • Enjoy solving problems and making things better.
  • Communicate clearly and aren’t afraid to ask questions.
  • Thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
  • Have some exposure to project management or operations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with project management tools or certifications (e.g., PMP).
  • Interest in fintech, banking, or working in collaborative environments.

Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00
