About the Department

The Nevada County Behavioral Health Department is looking for a Clinical Supervisor capable of supporting our Mobile ACCESS Team. Duties and programs supported by this position include:
- Overseeing the Mobile ACCESS Team staff in coordinating outreach, engagement, screening, assessment, referral and case management services
- Provides clinical oversight and consultation for assessments and treatment plans.
- Ensures documentation meets clinical and compliance standards.
- Offers clinical direction during daily huddles and weekly case reviews.
- Acts as a backup for therapists to conduct assessments or therapy when they are unavailable.
- Provides BBS supervision (if applicable) for ASW/AMFT clinicians.
- Reviews field service safety protocols and intervenes in complex cases.
- Providing clinical guidance to assist the team in coordination of care and implementation of trainings in evidence-based practices and interventions aimed at improving service delivery
- Overseeing and ensuring timely ongoing service documentation, authorizations, data collection and tracking of client services
- Consultation, coordination, and communication with multiple agencies and community partners to improve care coordination and client access to services.
Collaboration with the team and providing insight into service delivery design as the program is developed in the community.
