Your Role:

  • Serve as the face of the agency by providing excellent customer service to visitors, clients and employees both in person and on the phone.
  • Answer, screen, and process all incoming calls.
  • Coordinate the centralized purchasing program to include office, breakroom and other supplies.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Provide clerical support for Administration and other functional areas when requested.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information coming through the reception desk as required by HIPPA regulations and agency policy. 

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 1-year relevant experience.
  • Intermediate skills of office computer programs, including Word & Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform duties in a timely manner
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A mission driven individual, who fully embraces and models LFCS values and can forge a mutually respectful partnership with team members.
