As a Table Games Floorperson, you will be in the middle of the casino action working among the pits on our massive casino floor.
Below are some of the responsibilities as a Potawatomi Casino Hotel Table Games Floorperson:
- Motivate, coach, and develop Dealers.
- Address complaints and resolve problems.
- Observe games, guests, and dealers to ensure protection of company assets.
- Ensure that all games maintain appropriate game speed, limits, and staffing.
- Track player ratings.
- Maintain the highest quality standards of guest service, hospitality, and guest development.
- Pit accounting procedures and administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience dealing either Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, or Baccarat.
- One year of experience as a Dual Rate Table Games Supervisor.
- Ability to calculate basic math in your head.
- Ability to multitask.
