Role Summary
We are looking for an Online Business Manager who will serve as the second in command to our COO. This role is about making sure vision and strategy get executed all the way through. The OBM will manage priorities, keep projects moving, and help hold the team accountable so the COO can focus on higher-level initiatives.
This person will be the one who connects the dots across departments, keeps operations running smoothly, and helps ensure that deadlines and deliverables are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the COO to oversee daily operations and manage workflows across departments
Translate company goals and COO directives into project plans with clear deadlines and measurable outcomes
Maintain accountability with department leaders and team members to keep projects on track
Monitor progress of initiatives, identify risks early, and remove obstacles to execution
Support the COO with reporting and operational insights to drive decision-making
Improve systems, processes, and tools to help scale the business
Lead cross-functional projects that impact multiple departments
Act as a culture champion by reinforcing clarity, accountability, and alignment
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an OBM, Director of Operations, Chief of Staff, or similar role
OBM certification strongly preferred
Strong background in operations, project management, or business administration
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Skilled communicator with the ability to influence and lead across teams
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with online platforms and project management tools
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze KPIs
High level of adaptability and resilience in a changing business environment

You know how to support executives, keep teams accountable, and move projects forward without losing sight of the big picture.
