Rubber/Urethane Press/MOLD Operator

Dynatect Ro-Lab is seeking employees for our Tracy plant. We manufacture rubber and urethane custom parts for a variety of applications and customers.

Essential Functions

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma (GED or equivalency) Vocational or Tech School
• Basic understanding of safety and OSHA requirements
• 2 Year experience with automated machines preferred
• Must have good oral and written skills and able to work with minimum supervision

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, kneeling, crawling, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
• Bend, stoop, squat and stretch to complete tasks
• Work in a hot environment (hot presses and ovens)

Additional Requirements:

• Pass a drug screening test
• Complete and sign a verification form and furnish both proof of identity and proof of eligibility to work in the United States within three business days of their first day of work. Dynatect is enrolled in the E-Verify Program

Hours:

1st Shift Hours

5:00 - 15:30

2^nd Shift Hours.

• 3:00pm – 11:30pm

3^rd Shift Hours.

• 11:00pm – 7:30am

Pay:

• $18.00 Starting - $19.00 after 90 Days
• Insurance
• 401k benefit available and life insurance including company match up
