The Hamilton Turner Inn is looking for a full-time, Overnight Hotel Services Attendant to provide clean linens for all hotel rooms and exceptional customer service to our guests.

The Job 

A typical night for a Overnight Hotel Services Attendant includes providing front desk and laundry attendant services during the overnight shift. 

Job Duties Include:

• Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
• Use computer system to make reservations, check-in and check-out hotel guests, and process payments.
• Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests' needs.
• Promptly handle guest service requests and guest complaints to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Stock floors with linens, towels, and cleaning rags
• Maintain the organization of the laundry room
• Sweep and mop floor at end of shift
