Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled MDM Data Analyst to join our Master Data Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing master data across various domains, including Customer, Event, Engagement, Facility, and Material. You will ensure that data across these domains is consistent, accurate, and aligned with business processes. This position will specifically focus on the management of data in SAP, Salesforce, and Profisee platforms.
This position will support our Data Operations team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:
• Dallas, TX
• Chicago, IL
• McCook, IL
• Atlanta, GA
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze, cleanse, and standardize master data across the Customer, Event, Engagement, Facility, and Material domains to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business needs.
- Develop and implement data quality metrics, rules, and processes to maintain clean and reliable master data in SAP, Salesforce, and Profisee platforms.
- Support MDM workflows for data integration, migration, and validation within SAP, Salesforce, and Profisee systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, business units, data governance) to understand and capture data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Perform data mapping, data profiling, and enrichment for each domain (Customer, Event, Engagement, Facility, Material) to improve the quality of master data across platforms.
- Resolve data discrepancies and issues by performing root cause analysis and collaborating with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of data governance frameworks, policies, and best practices across the defined domains.
- Generate and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor the health of master data, focusing on the accuracy and completeness of data across SAP, Salesforce, and Profisee.
- Assist in MDM tool selection, implementation, and continuous improvements, with a focus on optimizing the use of SAP, Salesforce, and Profisee.
- Ensure alignment with data stewardship responsibilities, including the ownership and governance of data across the specified domains.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Analysis, or Data Governance, with a focus on Customer, Event, Engagement, Facility, and Material domains.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Profisee platforms for MDM implementation and data management.
• Strong understanding of MDM principles, data governance, and best practices for managing master data across multiple domains (Customer, Event, Engagement, Facility, Material).
• Proficiency in data profiling, data cleansing, mapping, and enrichment techniques within SAP, Salesforce, and Profisee systems.
• Familiarity with MDM concepts such as data stewardship, data quality metrics, and data governance.
• Solid experience with data integration, data migration, and data validation processes within MDM platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot data issues across multiple system platforms.
• Experience with tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools for generating reports and dashboards.
• Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with data governance, data stewardship, and best practices in MDM across SAP, Salesforce, and Profisee.
• Certification in MDM or Data Management (e.g., DAMA, CDMP, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with data modeling, metadata management, and ETL processes.
• Experience with large-scale data migration or integration projects involving SAP, Salesforce, or Profisee.
