**You will primarily be servicing the Vicksburg, MS area. On occasion, there may be an opportunity to travel to additional locations**
What Will You Be Doing?
- Keep a smile on our customer’s faces with first-rate customer service.
- Provide technical support and exceptional customer service for gaming equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and root cause analysis for hardware, software, and system issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and site surveys for new installations.
- Maintain accurate inventory and timely documentation of all service activities.
- Respond promptly to communications via email, text, and Microsoft Teams.
- Utilize standard office and collaboration tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe, Teams).
- Stay current with internal policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Support additional duties and projects as assigned, with moderate supervision.
Skills & Qualifications for the Job:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Maintain a Gaming License (requirements vary by location; upon hire, Everi's internal team will assist with application, payment, and renewal).
- Availability for bi-weekly on-call shifts, with the potential for overtime, weekend, evening, and holiday work as needed.
- Ambitious and motivated individual who enjoys learning and is comfortable working independently (after training), while contributing as part of a cohesive team.
- Basic proficiency in Excel for data entry and completing paperwork.
- Hardware/network/technical experience is a plus!
