Our brand-new dental office in Maple Grove is opening its doors, and we’re looking for a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) to focus on pediatric prophies. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the patient experience in a brand-new space while providing compassionate care for our community.

What You’ll Do: 

• Prepare and maintain operatories specifically for hygiene appointments 
• Take radiographs and assist with preventive treatments such as sealants and fluoride 
• Support efficient patient flow to ensure patients receive timely, comfortable care 
• Provide patient education to promote oral health and wellness 
• Maintain infection control standards and a clean, welcoming environment 
• Help children feel confident and comfortable during their dental visits
• Perform pediatric prophylaxis (Pedo Prophies)

Requirements

What We’re Looking For: 

• Current Minnesota Dental Assistant License and CPR certification required 
• Passion for patient care and teamwork 
• Strong communication and organizational skills 
• Enthusiasm for working in a brand-new office and helping us grow
