As a Product Operations Associate at Ridgeline, you will help define and scale the systems and practices that empower our product teams to build and deliver exceptional solutions. Reporting to the Product Operations Manager, you will partner with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to operationalize how we define, build, and ship products. By applying modern workflows and AI-driven tools like ChatGPT, you’ll help strengthen process maturity, enhance transparency, and enable data-driven decision-making. This is a unique opportunity to be one of the first associates in this function and play a pivotal role in shaping how Ridgeline’s product organization operates at scale.
What will you do?
- Support consistency in product execution by maintaining documentation, frameworks, and process improvements across teams
- Align teams to the product release operating model in partnership with Product Operations and Technical Release Management
- Gather and document feedback from product and technology stakeholders to continuously improve release processes
- Track customer go-live requirements, monitor roadmap scope changes, and prepare data for reviews and planning sessions
- Enable data-driven decision-making by pulling usage and adoption data, maintaining dashboards, and analyzing feedback
- Apply AI tools and modern workflows to automate tasks, streamline triage, and improve reporting and documentation
- Champion adoption of new tools and standards by supporting training, change management, and adoption tracking
- Organize artifacts in collaboration tools (Confluence, Jira, Airtable, Notion) to ensure alignment and transparency
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5 years of experience in product operations, business operations, program/project management, or a related role in SaaS or technology
- Familiarity with agile product development processes and cross-functional planning
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfort with collaboration and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Glean, with interest in applying AI to daily workflows
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical detail into clear insights
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to spot gaps and take initiative
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where curiosity and adaptability are key
Bonus:
- Experience with product analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker) or basic SQL

Compensation and Benefits
The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $115,000 - $135,000. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
