We are seeking a Sales Manager to work for us at our dealership! Your main duties will include leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and foster a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations. 
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. 
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability. 
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions and personalized experiences. 
• Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making. 

Requirements: 

• 3–5 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
• Solid understanding of automotive sales processes, financing, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, DMS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
