The Demand Specialist?forecasts product demand to help businesses maintain optimal inventory levels and improve production efficiency.?The position will analyze historical sales data, customer information, and marketing intelligence to create accurate supply chain decisions. They support the Warehouse, Logistics, Operations and Install teams to support 100% on time delivery while mitigating risk and optimizing inventory. Key KPI Targets – EBITIDA impact through KPI’s of Improved Inventory Turns company wide as well as improving cost of goods and other Supply Chain Process Improvement.
Essential Functions:
- Analyze Business Operations in all Regions as well as Market trends and Historical data to predict future demand and accurate inventory levels.
- Manage a Steady Flow of stock at all locations without purchasing too many materials or impacting operations
- Identifying and Mitigating Potential Disruptions in the Supply Chain
- Continuous Improvement and KPI Impact- Inventory Turns, 100% Delivery, Support at all manufacturing and distribution warehouse for accurate supply as the market changes and evolves. Evaluate COGS and deep analysis on component purchases by vendor, by commodity and by SKU.
- Assist with month end inventory and supply chain processes
- Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience overseeing all facets of inventory control in a manufacturing environment (not distribution)
- Understanding of inventory control methods (e.g., cycle counting, FIFO/LIFO, Kanban), lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Six Sigma), and supply chain best practices
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)- Pivot Tables, V Lookups, If then formulas- taking multiple reports
- Experience with ERP systems for manufacturing and inventory management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to perform focused in-depth investigations to address a variety of issues and reach conclusions with findings.
- Requires strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization and address sensitive issues in a diplomatic nature.

Physical Demands:
- Able to lift 50 pounds at times.
- Some lifting and moving of product to audit counts – etc.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position.
