Description

As a Mobile Service Technician, you’ll be out in the field — bringing expert service directly to our customers at their homes, workplaces, or job sites. You'll diagnose concerns, perform repairs, and ensure a high-quality customer experience, all while operating from a fully equipped mobile service van.

What You’ll Do:

• Travel to customer locations using a company-provided mobile service van

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of makes and models

• Deliver clear communication and top-tier service to customers

• Coordinate with advisors and dealership staff for seamless service delivery

• Maintain accurate service records and uphold safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of automotive technician experience (dealership or large shop preferred)

• ASE Certification required (Ford/Lincoln FSA certifications a plus)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills across multiple makes/models

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
