Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position):
The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the logistics of the Programming Board to ensure its efficiency and efficacy as an organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend and record minutes at all Programming Board and Programming Board Executive Board meetings.
- Distribute meeting minutes a maximum of 48 hours after each meeting.
- Send out weekly meeting reminders via email.
- Maintain the Programming Board Google Drive and Google Calendar, including oversight of the organization of Programming Board materials including programming details, event photos, and marketing materials.
- Oversee the Programming Board Presence page to ensure that organization information and other relevant information is up-to-date.
- Maintain an updated version of the Programming Board bylaws.
- Assist the Programming Board Co-Directors with administrative tasks as necessary.
- Meet weekly with the Assistant Director of Student Activities.
- Meet biweekly with both Co-Directors of the Programming Board.
- Maintain two weekly office hours in the Office of Student Activities.
- Assist with the training of the incoming Executive Assistant in collaboration with the incoming Programming Board Co-Directors.
- Assist with Office of Student Activities initiatives including but not limited to trainings, programming reports, Presence data review, financial reports, etc.
- Manage and oversee all digital platforms and social media accounts associated with the Programming Board.
- Manage the Programming Board’s web presence on Oleville and Presence.
- Identify marketing priorities and develop PR campaigns (using web, special events, etc.) to advertise events and initiatives of the Programming Board.
- Work alongside Creative Coordinator to distribute content.
