Minimum Qualifications:
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience with telemetry monitoring in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize abnormal cardiac rhythms.
- Effective communication skills to relay critical information promptly to healthcare providers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a medical-surgical or telemetry unit.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
