Fetch is on the lookout for a talented Veterinary Technician ready to step into a leadership role as our Assistant Practice Manager (APM) of Emergency & Critical Care!

Hi there—we’re Fetch! We’re a family-owned, specialty and emergency veterinary hospital located in beautiful Greenville, South Carolina. We’re known for our team-oriented vibe, next-level medicine, and unwavering commitment to pets and the people who love them. Right now, we’re searching for an experienced Veterinary Technician who’s ready to take their ECC passion to the next level by helping lead our Emergency & Critical Care team.

As the Assistant Practice Manager of ECC, you’ll play a vital leadership role at the heart of daily operations. This hands-on position is all about supporting both the team and our patients. Your strong organizational and leadership skills will help guide team members, maintain efficient workflows, and create a supportive environment throughout each shift.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with hospital leadership to ensure goals are met, team members feel supported, and patient care stays exceptional. You’ll also help foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere, build lasting relationships with guests and referring veterinarians, and step in to address challenges before they become issues. In short—you’ll be the go-to leader who keeps our ER and ECC teams running smoothly and confidently.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician
  • Certification as a Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, or RVT), preferred
  • Previous experience in specialty and/or emergency veterinary medicine, preferred
  • Strong knowledge of veterinary medical protocols and procedures
  • Excellent technical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
