Delaware North purchased the historic Boston Garden in 1975 and later constructed its successor, TD Garden, and neighboring The Hub on Causeway, both of which we continue to own and operate. As New England’s largest sports and entertainment arena, TD Garden is the home of the storied NHL’s Boston Bruins and NBA’s Boston Celtics franchises and hosts over 200 events annually with over 3.5 million visitors.
Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations of all concessions locations, under the guidance of the Concessions Manager
- Assist with coordinating team members and non-profit organization groups to ensure effective collaboration and operational efficiency
- Contribute to hiring and training new team members on company objectives, policies, and procedures to drive team performance and deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations governing alcohol, food service, sanitation, payroll, financial protocols, and employment practices
- Oversee cash handling and financial reporting, reconcile discrepancies, and support inventory management
- Minimum of 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience in the food service industry, preferably with prior concessions experience
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health regulations, and safety procedures with the ability to obtain ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications
- Proficient computer skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and point of sale systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels
