• To drive sales and ensure business targets are achieved for their region
Core Responsibilities:
• Focus on builder funding up to ₹15 Cr.
• Drive business through both direct builder engagement and DSA channels.
• Develop and execute territory-specific sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain a builder database and DSA network.
• Regularly review deal pipeline and conversion ratios.
• Act as the escalation point for key accounts and issues.
• Liaise with product, credit, and legal teams to structure viable proposals.
• Conduct regular training for DSAs.
Key Skills:
• Team handling, channel development, and builder relationship management.
• In-depth knowledge of builder funding and LAP products.
• Strong leadership and analytical decision-making abilities.
Qualification : Graduate (Diploma/ Degree in Civil/ Architecture)
