We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist based at our Cranbury NJ location, reporting to the Inventory Supervisor.

Job Summary:

As an inventory control member, you will be responsible for managing and verifying the inventory levels by conducting regular physical counts, and reconciling inventory data. Our ideal candidate must be technologically literate to ensure the integrity of the data within the inventory management system, and physical inventory is accurate.

* Must have heavy inventory and cycle counting experience and skilled with using Microsoft Excel (verified inventory experience of 2-3 years). *

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Knowledge of:

• Auditing warehouse inventory.
• Pick compliance procedures.
• Quality control of procedures outbound orders.
• Warehousing location systems and inventory programs (Warehouse Management Systems).

Skilled in:

• Experience in Excel (PVIOT Tables, Formulas).
• Basic mathematics (adding, subtracting and division).
• Investigating inventory discrepancies including but not limited to missing stock, thorough trouble shooting and root cause of discrepancy.
• Accurately kitting products.

Ability to:

• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Perform weekly cycle counts.
• Set up staging area and organize materials in the warehouse.
• Speak and write professionally and effectively to a diverse population.
• Operate and maneuver Order Selector.
• Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Selective Preference:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years in Inventory control, specialized in warehousing and logistics. Experience driving Order Selector preferred. Familiarity with bar-code technology and equipment is a plus.

Education:

High school diploma, GED, or suitable inventory experience equivalent.
