About the Role
As a Director, RCM Operations at XiFin you will be part of a high-performing team of RCM professionals reporting directly to the VP, RCM Operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the complete revenue cycle for assigned accounts. You will lead multiple teams to maximize customer reimbursement, build and maintain relationships with key payors, reviews payor contracts, providing recommendations as appropriate, and generate reports and analyses which support these activities. As the subject matter expert on Revenue Cycle Management, you will employ continuous improvement techniques in refining the operational processes, managing both onshore and offshore staff supporting these operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that values continuous learning, mentorship, and operational excellence. This position will be located at our offices in Charleston, SC.
You may be hired as a Director or Sr. Director based on your depth of skill and breadth of experience.
How you will make an impact:
In this role, you’ll:
- Provide strong, dynamic leadership that mentors, develops, and guides team members to efficiently leverage the value of every call for maximum patient satisfaction
- Develop, maintain, and manage KPIs; consistently report out on and provide feedback to employees to ensure a positive and productive employee experience.
- Participate in strategic and tactical Customer/Operations calls with internal and external teams to monitor productivity and quality
- Identifies reimbursement issues and takes timely steps to resolve
- Sets productivity goals, puts monitors in place, and quickly remediates barriers to achieving those goals at the individual and/or team level
- Monitors and communicates key metrics for customer success
- Ensures the department meets billing compliance and customer reporting requirements
- Confirms all necessary system and workflow adjustments as approved by customers
- Trends in errors and denials, Account Receivable aging management reports

Skills and experience you have:
You don’t need to check every box. We will consider a combination of education and experience, including:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare IT/Mgt, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of relevant business experience working within a fast-paced, challenging revenue cycle operations environment, with significant experience leading teams and people
- Demonstrated revenue cycle data analytics skills and understanding of KPI reporting
- High level of proficiency in MS Office, with advanced knowledge in Excel
- Ability to consistently interact professionally at multiple levels within a client-oriented organization
- Flexibility and adaptability to change according to business needs
- Able to handle high volume case situations and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to travel domestically 25 %

Pay Transparency
At XiFin, we believe in pay transparency and fairness. The expected annual salary range for this role is $120,000 to $145,000, based on your experience, skills, and geographic location.
Depending on your qualifications, you may be considered for either an Director or Senior Director, RCM Operations. Final compensation will be determined during the selection process and may vary accordingly.
