Kish Bank is seeking a Client Solutions Specialist I to join our Client Solutions Center team. This is a client-focused, service-driven position that provides consultative support, problem resolution, and innovative banking solutions for both consumer and business clients. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and is comfortable navigating digital banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Service

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming calls and digital inquiries across all Kish Bank business lines.

  • Provide problem resolution and consultative support for consumer and business clients, focusing on digital channels and banking products.

  • Handle account maintenance, product information, and customer servicing across all delivery channels.

  • Assist customers with password resets, bill pay issues, card services, loan payments, online account opening, and transaction disputes.

  • Identify and recommend digital banking alternatives and self-service options.

Operational Efficiency & Troubleshooting

  • Collaborate with internal departments and escalate issues when necessary to ensure seamless client experiences.

  • Act as a liaison with the core provider HelpDesk or ESC for system enhancements.

  • Use internal systems (e.g., Core System, Internet Banking, CRM, Document Archive) to document resolutions and support client inquiries.

  • Validate customer identity and ensure compliance with CIP requirements.

  • Accept and process loan payments, debit card orders, and account-related transactions.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Retail Branches and the Employee Solution Center to resolve complex issues and improve processes.

  • Engage with internal business partners to identify additional client needs or opportunities.

  • Assist the Operations Department and participate in special projects as assigned.

Training & Documentation

  • Document solutions and best practices for future reference and team training.

  • Create and facilitate training sessions in areas of specialty when needed.

Qualifications

  • High level of professionalism in verbal, written, and in-person communication.

  • Strong phone presence and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

  • Technologically savvy, with working knowledge of digital banking systems.

  • Familiarity with teller and platform systems preferred.

  • One to two years of experience in a banking environment preferred.
