You Are: Project Costing / Project Management Lead
The Work: As the Project Costing/Project Management Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of project costing initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and deliver end-to-end project accounting implementation, ensuring efficient processes and mitigating risks. You will collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, design tailored solutions, and oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of treasury systems. This role demands a proactive approach to defining and refining business processes, ensuring they align with organizational goals and industry best practices. Your ability to communicate effectively with vendors and stakeholders will be critical in delivering seamless and impactful solutions. To excel in this role, you will benefit from exposure to tools and methodologies related to Oracle Project Costing and Management systems and risk assessment frameworks. Familiarity with project management tools and techniques will also be advantageous, as you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of Project Costing projects. Experience with process automation and system integration will further enhance your ability to streamline operations and deliver value to clients. A strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements will be essential to ensure that all solutions meet the necessary standards. Your success in this position will be supported by a background in leading complex projects and a proven track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Experience in designing and implementing efficient Project Costing and Management processes will be invaluable, as will your ability to navigate vendor relationships and negotiate favorable outcomes. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. - Business Process Implementation experience
- Vendor Management
- Experience leading and delivering treasury and cash management projects
- Business Process Implementation experience

- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
- Certified Cash Manager (CCM)
- Bachelor's Degree

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
