 What You’ll Do

• Prepare and process charge-off files as they come into the department
• Scan and organize legal files for external attorneys
• Sort and maintain accurate file systems
• Contact customers regarding payment arrangements when needed
• Perform skip tracing to locate customers as required
• Support the Asset Recovery Manager with other administrative tasks as assigned
• Answer incoming calls

What You Bring

• Strong attention to detail 
• Basic math skills
• Ability to follow detailed written/oral instructions
• Comfortable handling sensitive customer information with discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous office experience with scanning, sorting, or file management
• High school diploma or equivalent.
