Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual AI Training Expert to lead the development and delivery of curriculum and training programs focused on artificial intelligence, data literacy, and machine learning. This position plays a key role in enhancing AI capacity for Arabic-speaking audiences in government, civil society, and industry. You will work across teams to design tailored learning experiences that make complex AI concepts accessible and actionable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and continuously improve AI-related training curricula, toolkits, and digital learning content (in Arabic and English)
- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and briefings for diverse stakeholders, including policy leaders, analysts, and technologists
- Localize content to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance for Arabic-speaking participants across MENA or diaspora regions
- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and regional partners to align training with mission needs
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, analytics, and performance assessments
- Support capacity-building engagements with U.S. government agencies, think tanks, NGOs, or international partners
- Provide expertise in responsible AI, ethical considerations, and real-world applications in sectors such as public policy, defense, health, or development
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in Modern Standard Arabic and English, including professional proficiency in technical and instructional communication
- Bachelor�s or Master�s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Education Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3�5 years of experience designing and delivering training programs, ideally in AI or emerging technologies
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, generative AI, data analysis, and AI policy trends
- Experience delivering training in multicultural or international settings
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with curriculum design software (Articulate, Adobe Captivate, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI governance, digital diplomacy, or tech policy in the MENA region
- Prior work with U.S. government, international organizations, or capacity-building initiatives
- Security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
