Your Impact
Under the direction of the Director of Related Services, the BCBA will work collaboratively to plan, design, and oversee the delivery of clinical services for students with diverse learning needs. This role ensures that teachers, classroom teams, and support personnel have the tools, training, and support they need to deliver high-quality educational and behavioral programming aligned with each student's IEP.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct safe and efficient functional behavior assessments that inform behavioral interventions.
• Regularly update behavioral programming based on student data and team collaboration.
• Develop and maintain individual student goals and objectives in conjunction with educational plans.
• Support classroom teams with program implementation, modeling strategies, and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers to oversee clinical and educational programming.
• Complete regular classroom observations and participate in team meetings.
• Provide timely behavioral support plans, documentation, and quarterly reports.
What We’re Looking For
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Current BCBA certification and Massachusetts LABA license required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience working in school or clinical settings.
• Proficient American Sign Language (ASL) skills required to communicate directly with Deaf and hard-of-hearing students and staff.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
This position involves work in classroom settings with students who have diverse physical, sensory, and behavioral needs. Participation in emergency preparedness drills is required. Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable qualified individuals to perform essential job functions.
Located on a hill overlooking the scenic Bass River, our seven-acre campus sits at the corner of Echo Avenue and Route 62 in Beverly, MA — just 18 miles north of Boston and about 25 miles from Southern New Hampshire. Our peaceful, welcoming campus provides a beautiful environment for meaningful work and connection.
This position follows CCCBSD’s academic calendar, including school breaks and program-wide training days. The BCBA also supports onboarding and Safety-Care training and may work additional days related to staff development and compliance requirements.

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of all required background checks, including Massachusetts CORI and SAFIS fingerprinting, in accordance with state regulations.
