Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.

• Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using professional email, scripts, and templates.

• Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately.

• Manage the service department loaner program to ensure smooth customer experiences.

• Collaborate in team and process development sessions while maintaining positive relationships with sales, service, and management teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Prior BDC, customer service, or call center experience is a plus, but not required.
