As a Material Handler at BE Power Equipment, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of materials in and out of our warehouse. Your main duties will include receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials, picking and packing orders, and preparing them for shipment. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and organizing the warehouse to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records  
  • Organize warehouse to optimize space utilization  
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials  
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently  
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, to move materials  
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines  
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Material Handler or in a similar role.  
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and operate material handling equipment.  
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.  
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.  
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.  
  • Good communication skills in the English language (both written & verbal).
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • You are physically fit, energetic and self-motivated.
  • You have the ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
  • You have a “safety first” mindset and understand the importance of upholding safety standards.
  • Ability to use ERP/WMS.
  • Microsoft Outlook and MS Excel.
  • You are comfortable using computers and can navigate systems efficiently.
  • You have experience with continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Kaizen) and manufacturing concepts.
  • You are legally able to work in the USA.
