Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Conduct consultations, manage ongoing interactions, document medical histories, and perform procedures including injections, IV drips, and subcutaneous pellet implantations.
• Treatment Management: Develop and modify personalized treatment plans, order/review lab work, assess patient health changes, and prescribe medications and peptides as appropriate.
• Collaboration & Communication: Engage with patients via the portal, maintain consistent staff communication, and adapt to evolving clinical protocols.
• Professional Development: Participate in a required six-month employer-provided training program to deepen functional medicine expertise.

Position Requirements & Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in functional health and wellness (hormone replacement therapy, IV therapy, peptide therapy)
• Experience in medical aesthetics including injectables
• Strong communication and organizational skills; thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficient in EMR, PubMed, and comfortable using social media for educational purposes
• Strong analytical/critical thinking skills and commitment to high-quality, empathetic patient care
