The Human Resources Manager at Provisur will drive strategic HR initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and support business objectives. This role oversees employee relations, organizational planning, training, compensation, labor relations, and communications, while partnering with leadership to develop managers and enhance workforce engagement. It’s an exciting opportunity for a proactive, strategic-minded HR leader who thrives on creating organizational impact. This position is based in Whitewater, WI.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Support staffing efforts by partnering with managers on interviews, selection, and onboarding processes, including internship programs, while aligning with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Mentor and coach managers and supervisors on employee relations issues; act as a liaison between management and employees to address questions and resolve work-related concerns.
  • Represent the organization during labor negotiations, administer and interpret the collective bargaining agreement, and manage the grievance process.
  • Lead and organize the Human Resources team by communicating expectations, monitoring performance, providing coaching and counseling, and ensuring policies, procedures, and productivity standards are followed.
  • Maintain safety records and assist the Corporate Safety Manager with safety and wellness programs.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; HR certification strongly preferred.
  • 7+ years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment; 3+ years supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor relations, employment law, compensation, benefits, recruiting, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and delegate effectively.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Professional demeanor, high ethical standards, and ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications. 

$90,600 - $117,800 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and/or individual performance.
