WE ARE HIRING!
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Foreclosure Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing foreclosure-related tasks to ensure timely and compliant processing of both judicial and non-judicial foreclosure actions across multiple partner states. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.
In This Role, You Will:
- Process and review foreclosure files, including claims, documentation, and lien releases
- Communicate with attorneys, paralegals, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Process claims, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete
- Track and handle outstanding attorney bills and invoices, and keep up to date on attorney requests
- Ensure compliance with all regulations
- Provide initial quality control review for document execution of financial foreclosure documents
- Assist with the foreclosure process for all Judicial and Non-Judicial filing for partner states
- Calculate and prepare foreclosure judgement figures and state required documents
- Other job duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2-5 years foreclosure or mortgage default related experience
- Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing, RESPA, FFDCPA, GLBA, federal and state laws related to foreclosure processes, and mortgage loan documentation
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access
- Ability to read legal terms and conditions and understand their meaning and how it applies to work processes
- Occasional travel up to 10%
