Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, sales, and production teams to implement systems per customer requirements.
- Lead field technicians with the Service Manager's support and coordinate with office staff to set up client work orders.
- Develop small project scopes by gathering and analyzing field data.
- Mentor apprentices, review service tickets for payroll and billing, and work with the Service Department to manage workloads, schedule manpower, and ensure profitability.
- Follow up on leads from field and service technicians and project managers.
- Provide equipment schedules detailing system performance and requirements, create technical drawings for safe wiring, and produce installation specifications.
- Interpret blueprints to assess system needs, perform heat gain calculations, estimate production costs, and manage equipment orders and schedules.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
- Position requires travel to various job sites in the Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington MSA.
- May work on weekends as necessary.
