Marketing & PR Assistant – Communications, SEO & Analytics
BathWorks of Michigan — the nation’s fastest-growing Jacuzzi® dealer — is looking for a Marketing & PR Assistant to strengthen our communications and brand presence. This role is ideal for someone who can balance creative storytelling with data-driven analysis to drive measurable results.
You’ll help us grow our reputation across Michigan — from writing press releases and social posts to tracking SEO performance, click rates, and campaign ROI. You’ll also play a key role in supporting our signature PR event, Baths for the Brave, held each Veterans Day to honor our nation’s heroes.
What You’ll Do
PR & Communications
Draft press releases, media pitches, and community announcements
Support external PR campaigns, including our Baths for the Brave Veterans Day event
Write copy for social media, ads, and email campaigns
Design and publish graphics across platforms using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
Collaborate on brand storytelling and marketing collateral
Analytics & Marketing Support (50%)
Track and report on SEO performance, click-through rates, and engagement metrics
Analyze campaign data and prepare reports on marketing ROI
Monitor cost of marketing, invoices, and budget allocation
Maintain PR calendars, SOPs, and campaign documentation
Provide meeting notes, task follow-ups, and workflow organization
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related field — or equivalent experience
Strong writing and communication skills for PR, media, and digital channels
Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, engagement tracking, and reporting tools
Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at balancing creative and analytical tasks
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and budget tracking
Team player who can also work independently in a hybrid environment
Compensation & Perks
Total Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 Annually.
Hybrid schedule (some on-site at Byron Center HQ required)
