Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival and guide them to the appropriate department or team member
• Safely move, park, and retrieve customer and dealership vehicles
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive, lot, and customer waiting areas
• Assist with vehicle retrieval once service is completed
• Provide friendly, helpful support to enhance the overall customer experience
• Occasionally answer incoming phone calls in a courteous, professional manner; assist with basic inquiries or route calls appropriately
• Support team members with light administrative or clerical tasks as needed
• Transport drivers, customers, or items to nearby locations as required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, porter/lot attendant, or general support roles is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
• Comfortable engaging with customers and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
