Location: Seattle, WA or Bellevue, WA
Schedule: Monday - Friday (40 hpw)
Shifts Available: Seattle (Days or Grave Shift) or Bellevue (Days or Swing Shift)
Rate: $28.05/Hour
We're searching for Bicycle Patrol Security Officers to join our Mobile Response Team (MRT). Our Mobile Response Team provides rapid emergency deployment of officers into developing incidents. These officers can assume responsibilities and manage an incident from dispatch to submission of a detailed Incident Report. The MRT Officers work independently, they are trained and capable of individual critical decision-making skills without supervision.

What Your Day May Look Like
- Rove, patrol, and survey the property outdoors
- Security presence throughout the campus ensure proper observation and deterrence
- Monitor standard security and radio communication to handle and escalate indicents as needed
- Onsite incident command MRT Officers are training in initiative-based leadership to make ground decisions according to procedures and policy without supervision
- Only to perform first aid within their scope of training
- Ensure client medical forms are filled out and collected properly
- Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions
- Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity
- Provide detailed written reports.

Position Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 Year of customer service and 1 year of Security experience required
- Standard computer / technology skills needed
- Customer service background preferred
- Previous security, medical, law enforcement, or military background preferred
- CPR/AED certification
- Must be able to operate a bicycle
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.

We are looking for dynamic individuals who can provide outstanding customer service, control access for patrons, visitors, or vendors as required, monitor CCTV, and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
