About STMA Schools

We are a district that serves over 6,000 students and employs 725 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

The Wrestling Coach will design and coordinate practices, assess skill level of players and create teams, coordinate events and tournaments, create a positive team environment of respect and facilitate communication with the activities director, parents and players.

Start date: November 17th, 2025. The season concludes by the end of January.  

Schedule: Practices go from 3:15 - 5:00pm.  4 days a week plus events/tournaments. 

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience coaching or participation in wrestling.

Stipend Starting Salary Range: $2,552.93-$2,804.23, according to Group 7 of Schedule C of the Certified Master Contract 2023-2025.

Benefits: No benefit eligibilty, other than Earned Safe and Sick Time (ESST) as provided by law.
