Your Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Global Accounting and Tax Manager to join our Finance and Accounting team. As the Global Accounting and Tax Manager you will have strong technical expertise in accounting and tax, with exposure to international operations and statutory requirements. You will oversee day-to-day accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting and tax compliance, and support international audits and transfer pricing efforts. As the Accounting and Tax Manager you will play a hands-on role in process improvement while supporting the organization’s financial and compliance goals.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the company’s accounting and tax processes, including general ledger, financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and international tax compliance.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and advisors on statutory audits and tax filings across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Support preparation and review of monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements.
  • Assist in implementing transfer pricing policies and monitoring compliance with intercompany agreements.
  • Identify opportunities for improving efficiency in accounting processes, systems, and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Tax, and Operations, to ensure proper reporting and compliance across global entities.
  • Supervise and develop accounting staff, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

Starting salary-$125,000

What Makes a Great Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred (or actively pursuing)
  • 5+ years’ progressive accounting and tax experience, including international exposure
  • Experience with statutory audits and tax filings for international entities
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP and international accounting standards
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, or similar) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Prior exposure to transfer pricing and intercompany transactions preferred
