We are seeking a results-oriented and highly organized Project Manager to drive execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high-impact work, can manage competing priorities with clarity, and thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
This role will support the planning, tracking, communication, and delivery of initiatives across the engineering teams.

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and outcomes are clearly defined and met.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
• Facilitate sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews as needed.
• Monitor project health and proactively identify and mitigate risks or blockers.
• Ensure resource availability and workload balance across teams.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones.
• Assist with vendor coordination when applicable.
• Support team onboarding and project handoffs to ensure continuity.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of project management experience in a digital or technology focused environment.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects across cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Bonus Points
• Experience in digital content, media workflows, software development, or cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, QA testing, or product lifecycle management.
• Ability to work across global time zones and manage remote/offshore team dynamics.
