Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Change Management and Training Data Analyst.  In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to change management and training initiatives. The analyst will provide insights into adoption, engagement, awareness, and training outcomes, identifying key trends and recommending strategies to improve change outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of data visualization and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI/Power Apps), change management methodologies (e.g. PROSCI) and the ability to execute statistical research.  You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—both internal stakeholders and client partners—so familiarity with research best practices is essential.

Education, certifications, or experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics, Organizational Development plus a minimum of 6-8 years experience
  • 6-8 years of experience in data analysis, change management, organizational effectiveness, or related discipline.
  • Previous Federal Contracting experience preferred
  • Required travel up to 10%
  • US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust government security clearance. 

Responsibilities

  • Collect, manage, and analyze data related to change management activities, including communications, training participation, adoption rates, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards to track progress against change management KPIs and success metrics.
  • Identify patterns and trends in change adoption and resistance, providing actionable insights to leaders and project teams.
  • Partner with change managers, project managers, and business leaders to assess the effectiveness of change interventions
  • Translate complex data into clear, concise visualizations and narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Recommend strategies to optimize communication, training, and engagement plans based on data findings.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reporting systems.
  • Contribute to the development of measurement frameworks and success metrics for future change management efforts.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
