This is a Seasonal position from 10/13/2025 until 01/09/2026.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Summary: Coordinates production plan. Directs actions of stage crew and performers during rehearsals and performances.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directly supervises numerous employees in the Entertainment & Events team.

· Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, including:

o Work with direct Supervisor.

o Interview, hire, and train employees.

o Plan, assign, and direct work.

o Appraise performance; Reward and discipline employees.

o Address complaints and resolve problems.

· Make and adjust schedules.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)

· Disseminate general info about production.

· Engage in set construction and/or assembly, including the lighting of the show.

· Oversee Performers, Technicians, and Ushers throughout the run of the show.

· Operate as the first line of management to both guests and employees.

· Contribute to directing reports and annual reviews and communicating final results.

· Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

· Demonstrate attention to detail.

· Respond promptly to customer needs.

· Upholds organizational values.

· Follow policies and procedures; Report unsafe conditions.

· Think clearly and react quickly and calmly in stressful situations.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Able to communicate efficiently.

· Possess considerable knowledge of accepted concepts and practices concerned with theatre.

Education & Experience:

· One to two years of experience with theme parks, theatres, and amateur productions is preferred.

· Formal training acquired through college is preferred.

· Previous leadership and supervisory experience is preferred.

· The ability to lift and/or move 25 pounds frequently to 50 pounds maximum

· The ability to stand and walk on uneven terrain, inclines, asphalt, and concrete frequently

· The ability to remember locations, understand and carry out instructions frequently

· The ability to work at a rapid speed occasionally

· The ability to work in extreme weather occasionally

Work Environment:

This position is performed primarily in a theatrical or live entertainment setting, which may include both indoor and outdoor environments. Work areas can be dark with limited visibility and may involve the use of strobe lighting, fog, haze, and other atmospheric effects. The role frequently operates in a loud environment with amplified sound and music. Performances and rehearsals are fast-paced and may require quick decision-making under pressure. The position may also require working in varying weather conditions, navigating uneven terrain, and adapting to changing production needs throughout the day.
