Accounts Payable Clerk

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing and maintaining accurate records of all vendor invoices, expense reimbursements, and related financial transactions for Family Life Counseling & Psychiatric Services. This role ensures timely and accurate payment of obligations, supports the financial health of the organization, and upholds our commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

• Previous experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or office accounting required.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.

• Proficiency in accounting software (Sage experience preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of financial information.
