The Office Assistant has a flexible role that provides back-up for our Office Managers in administration related to expenses, receiving and inventory. This position will be located at our Kent store at - 2 O'Mahony Drive, Clarenville, NL A5A 4P5

Responsibilities

  • Follow proper procedures and can train others (cashiers, gatehouse associates, receivers)  
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, head office accounting and associates to ensure paperwork is processed on time.  
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

Can work independently with high attention to detail and a sense of urgency. 

Microsoft Office skills 

Experience in a similar role is an asset.
