Location Overview

Based just a stone’s throw from the magnificent St. Paul’s Cathedral is our London MLFC office, on bustling King Edward Street. Role responsibilities:

  • EMEA-wide role, leading a team of 10 negotiators covering trading agreements for new business, or,  to address regulatory requirements, business initiatives and/or market events.

  • The role will  involve management of the entire suite of trading agreements in EMEA, including ISDAs/CSAs (derivatives), futures and OTC clearing agreements (F&O), GMRAs (repo), IPBAs (prime brokerage), GMSLAs (securities lending), SMCs (equity derivatives), and local law agreements in France and Germany.

  • The role will involve close coordination and collaboration with Business Desk Heads and other stakeholders throughout the firm, ensuring key issues are identified, debated and escalated.

  • The role is client focused – facing strategic SRM, hedge fund, institutional and corporate clients.

  • Management of  EMEA documentation issues related to regulatory, repapering exercises and market events.

  • Participation in governance and control routines.

  • Oversight of both EMEA and Global policy/ processes, and support for strategic initiatives, such as AI automation.

  • The A&D team supports all BofA trading entities in EMEA, including MLI (UK), BofA Securities Europe SA (France), and BofA Europe (Ireland), as well as Bank of America, N.A. (U.S).
