    Major Duties

    Researches and initiates resolution for partial/rejected shipments or defectives. Coordinates purchase order amendments with vendors, accounting and contracting teams as necessary.
    Communicates with suppliers regarding order status and merchandise availability. Provides timely updates to the help desk and supports inventory management functions by maintaining availability data via Vendor Net.
    Processes and maintains file of price changes in the retail management system (regular, clearance, etc.). Ensures accurate item and vendor pricing in the merchandising system.
    Maintains master log of Exchange Retail Agreement (ERA) and Social Responsibility agreements. Routinely audits to ensure documents are complete, accurate and current.
    May work category-specific projects or initiatives to provide ongoing support to the planning, allocation, and replenishment function.
    Performs other duties as assigned.
