External: Senior Pricing Analyst – Revenue Growth Management
Location: Hackensack, NJ (Hybrid)- Shuttle from NYC
Compensation- 90-110K

About the Role
Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is a holistic approach to support our growth agenda in a profitable and sustainable way across 5 key levers:
- Promotional Management
- Pricing & Price Pack Architecture
- Trade Spend Optimization
- Trade Profitability & Profit Pool
- Active Mix Management
Main Responsibilities:
- Build & support high quality RGM strategies with the US RGM Lead
- Ensure deployment of Price, PPA & Trade Spend RGM pillars by markets including analytics, tooling (in co-operation with data & insights and Global RGM team), ways of working and help markets to go after opportunities in these areas
- Performance management: Ensure customer plans are implemented with RGM principles and are executed to deliver desired business results
- Process Established Develop ways of working and establish a regular cadence of RGM reviews with KAMs to ensure opportunities are identified, vetted and executed
- Analyse & recommend key Price Pack Architecture strategy and recommendations across US.
- Work closely with Global RGM team – ensuring needed analytical, tooling and training support is provided to the US team from Global RGM team
- Key Interfaces with US Field Sales, Sales Planning, Finance, & Supply Chain
About you
Minimum Requirements:
- 5-7 years’ experience in Customer Management/Revenue Growth Management with experience Price Modelling elasticities and scenario planning
- Advanced analytical skills, advanced excel and modelling
- Strong understanding of financial P&L structure and growth levers
- In-depth knowledge of CPG retail landscape, including pricing practices/priorities, promotion management and trade terms optimization
- Experience in setting up and embedding of new processes and ways of working
- Experience in working Cross Functionally & Strategic Influencing
- Ability to multi-task and work flexibly under tight deadlines
- Able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing/presentations
- Able to travel 10% or as needed
