Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Monitor and document residents’ physical and emotional conditions, reporting any changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, promoting social interaction and mental well-being.
• Ensure residents’ living areas are clean, safe, and comfortable, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
• Support meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed, respecting dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to implement individualized care plans and follow established procedures.
• Assist with transportation and accompaniment to medical appointments or recreational activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect residents’ dignity and privacy at all times.
