Job Description:

Grand Villa Delray Beach is seeking a dedicated and organized Business Office Assistant to support our growing business office. This full-time position will involve assisting the Business Office Manager and Executive Director with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker with a passion for contributing to our senior community.


Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees

- Manage filing systems and maintain organized records

- Handle accounts receivable and payable tasks

- Support multiple office functions as needed

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations


Qualifications:

- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficiency in office software and basic accounting principles

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Schedule:

- Full-time, Monday through Friday with occasional weekends
